How is the Momentum Center funded?
The adult program Momentum Center for Social Engagement receives most of its funding from Community Mental Health. Last spring the community approved a dedicated mental health millage for CMH. Extended Grace was selected by CMH to be the recipient of funds in the Tri-Cities area of Ottawa County. That means Tri-Cities residents tax dollars are coming directly back to serve Tri-Cities area residents. The Momentum Center is also funded through grants and other fundraising efforts, which allows it to operate the teen program and other initiatives.
